I am a developer in Asheville, North Carolina. At SM Energy I am a senior automation developer. I build the tools that replace manual work in business teams: approval flows, APIs that connect business systems, and scripts that turn stacks of documents into clean data. Most of that work is in Python and on the Microsoft platform.

Lately, much of my time goes to AI agents. I build agents that do operations work, and I help colleagues learn to use them well.

I started in web development with Vue and TypeScript, and I still build for the web. This site holds my projects, my writing, and a short record of what I am up to. I prefer plain notes to polish, and I write things down so the next person, or the next agent, can pick them up.
